His Excellency Hon. He currently serves as the State Minister at the Ministry of Internal Security of the Republic of Djibouti, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping policies that strengthen the country’s security institutions and enhance Djibouti’s engagement on regional and global platforms.

Born on 14 February 1999 in Djibouti City, His Excellency has demonstrated early dedication to public service and institutional leadership, laying the foundation for a career focused on professionalizing security management and advancing strategic international cooperation.

Throughout his career, His Excellency has held key leadership positions, most notably serving as the Chairman of the Institute of Security Studies of Djibouti.
