H.E. Abdalla Ali Samafale, State Minister of the Ministry of Internal Security of the Republic of Djibouti, officially launched a comprehensive program aimed at modernizing the country’s internal security institutions. State Minister H.E. Abdalla Ali Samafale stated that the program reflects his vision of building professional, transparent, and resilient security institutions capable of addressing both domestic and international security challenges.
The modernization program focuses on upgrading security infrastructure, enhancing continuous training for personnel, and implementing advanced systems that serve both government institutions and the public. State Minister H.E. Abdalla Ali Samafale emphasized that modern technology is a central pillar of the program, noting that security personnel will be equipped with advanced skills to ensure efficient and effective operations.
