State Minister Launches Comprehensive Internal Security Modernization Program

H.E. Abdalla Ali Samafale, State Minister of the Ministry of Internal Security of the Republic of Djibouti, officially launched a comprehensive program aimed at modernizing the country’s internal security institutions. State Minister H.E. Abdalla Ali Samafale stated that the program reflects his vision of building professional, transparent, and resilient security institutions capable of addressing both domestic and international security challenges.

State Minister H.E.
