The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Security of the Republic of Djibouti, Abdullahi Ali Shiine Geeseey, conducted an official working visit to the National Police Headquarters as part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional coordination and enhance internal security operations.
During the visit, Abdullahi Ali Shiine Geeseey was received by senior police leadership, who provided comprehensive briefings on the operational readiness, administrative performance, and current security priorities of the National Police. The discussions focused on law enforcement effectiveness, public safety measures, and coordination mechanisms between the Police and the Ministry of Internal Security.
Permanent Secretary Abdullahi Ali Shiine Geeseey toured key departments within the Police Headquarters, where he observed day-to-day operations and engaged directly with officers and administrative staff. He emphasized the importance of professional discipline, institutional integrity, and effective service delivery in maintaining public trust and ensuring national stability.
In his remarks, Abdullahi Ali Shiine Geeseey underscored the central role of the National Police in safeguarding internal security and upholding the rule of law.
