Deputy Minister Mohamed Abdikadir Nor (Mooshin) conducted a comprehensive review of the Ministry’s emergency preparedness operations today in Djibouti City. During the inspection, Deputy Minister Mohamed Abdikadir Nor (Mooshin) assessed the readiness of response units, evaluated equipment availability, and ensured that all personnel are fully trained to handle emergencies efficiently.
