The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Security of the Republic of Djibouti, Abdullahi Ali Shiine Geeseey, participated in a high-level regional security conference held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, bringing together senior government officials and security leaders from across the region.
The conference focused on strengthening regional cooperation, enhancing cross-border security coordination, and addressing shared challenges related to internal security, public safety, and institutional governance. Abdullahi Ali Shiine Geeseey represented the Republic of Djibouti in discussions aimed at promoting collaborative approaches to security and administrative coordination among neighboring countries.
During the conference sessions, Permanent Secretary Abdullahi Ali Shiine Geeseey engaged in dialogue with counterparts from Ethiopia and other regional states, exchanging views on best practices in internal security management, institutional reform, and capacity building within government ministries.
