Hon. Deeq Abdiaziz Jidaal unveiled a new national security policy that prioritizes intelligence, law enforcement, and community engagement. The policy, presented at a public briefing, outlines measures to prevent crime, enhance emergency response, and strengthen public trust.
Minister Deeq Abdiaziz Jidaal explained that the policy includes modernized surveillance systems, updated training programs for personnel, and frameworks for collaboration with international security agencies. Hon. Deeq Abdiaziz Jidaal emphasized that community participation is critical, encouraging citizens to engage actively in reporting and preventing threats.
The Minister concluded by reaffirming his dedication to protecting citizens and institutions, stating that under his leadership, the Ministry will continue to evolve to meet both domestic and international security challenges.
